Electronic Banking Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Eligibility

This Agreement governs your use of the First State Bank Mobile Application (“App”). To use the App, you must be an active account holder in good standing and maintain valid online banking credentials. This Agreement supplements your existing Deposit Account Agreement.

2. Transfer Services & Cut-Off Times

The App allows you to move funds between your eligible First State Bank accounts.

  • Daily Cut-off: 9:00 PM CST
  • Processing: Transfers initiated after 9:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day

3. Strict Password Security & Non-Disclosure

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • Never share your password via phone, email, text message, or any other method
  • First State Bank staff will never ask for your password
  • Report suspected credential compromise immediately at 601-735-3124

4. Error Resolution

In case of errors or questions regarding transactions, contact First State Bank at 601-735-3124. Per Regulation E, notification must be made within 60 days after the first statement on which the error appeared.

5. User Liability, Indemnification, and Release

You are responsible for all transactions authorized using your password.

You agree to indemnify and release First State Bank from liability related to authorized use of your account credentials.
  • Notify the Bank immediately if your device is lost or stolen
  • Report suspected compromise of credentials immediately
  • Keep your App and device software updated

6. Termination of Service

First State Bank reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized use
  • Account dormancy exceeding 90 days
  • Violation of security or confidentiality requirements
